Qantas airlines Interior and Stuff

So here's a tough scenario: you're flying in first class and everything on the menu sounds good. How can you possible choose? If you're soaring through the sky with Aussie airline Qantas then help's at hand: they've just introduced a gourmet tasting menu on first class flights from Sydney to Los Angeles, Bangkok and Singapore.

The tasting menu runs to eight courses and comes with specially chosen wine from the Qantas cellar (and that runs to 145 different wines, all described in a pocket guide available in First and Business Class). And on top of all that they're getting excited about the comeback of caviar, including a "canapé of chilled cauliflower soup and prawn toast with Black Pearl Sterling caviar." But wouldn't it be nice if Qantas would pay as much attention to problems with airplane parts and oxygen as they do to their food.
